About the SR-1 Conclave
The 2008 SR-1 Conclave will be held at Salem Scout Reservation. . Arrowmen will experience:

The Plan for our Contingent
The Akela Wahinapay Lodge 232 will be taking a contingent to the Conclave. There is no maximum for the number of attendees. All arrowmen from the Lodge are encouraged to attend. When you register, we will distribute you a copy of our contingents plan. We have implemented this process as a security measure. If you have registered for conclave and have not received any form of communication from the Lodge, you should contact the Caddo Area Council Scout Office and leave a message for the Lodge Chief or e-mail support.
Event Fees and Payment Methods
Please follow the steps below for registering for Conclave:
STEP ONE Register Online with SR-1
You must with SR-1. Register with SR-1 now. If you do not have an internet connection or wish to complete a paper registration, please contact the Caddo Area Council Scout Office. If you need assistance registering for conclave, please e-mail the Lodge 232 Support Team.
STEP TWO Pay with the Akela Wahinapay Lodge 232
The event fee for Conclave is $35.00. You must pay event fees to the Akela Wahinapay Lodge 232. You may do this in one of two ways:
Please note that additional fees may be required to offset transportation cost, additional activity costs, and meals. You will be notified by the Lodge Leadership if additional fees are required for activities or transportation. You will be responsible for your meals on the way there and on the return trip home. You will not need money for overnight lodging. You will be staying at the Scout Reservation.
STEP THREE Fill out the Class One Medical Form and the Participant Code of Conduct
You must complete a
Class One Medical Form and a
Participant Code of Conduct in order to be allowed to go to the Conclave. If you do not have a Class One Medical Form with you when we depart, you will NOT be allowed to go.
What to Bring
- Class “A” Uniform
- Canteen/Water Bottle
- Scouting T-shirts
- Warm Cloths and Sturdy shoes
- Jacket, gloves and a stocking cap
- Note pad and pen/pencil
- Flashlight
- Sleeping Bag and Pillow
- Any necessary medications
- Signed Code of Conduct Form
- OA Sash
- Class One Medical Form
- A Cheerful Spirit
